Admittedly, we were challenging clients: long distance relocation; timeline disruptions; serious design, aesthetic, and layout preferences; and neighborhood and budget restrictions. Dan did a fantastic job helping us purchase our first home! You will be in good hands with Dan. He was very attentive and responsive when we had questions and would take the time to explain the process to us. As this was our first time, we needed a lot of help. He also proved himself as a great negotiator and got us a great deal. We had a lot of fun house hunting with Dan, he was able to turn it into an enjoyable experience. He also made it very clear that even though we were looking at houses with VIBE for a couple of months, that we were under no pressure to hurry up and purchase a home. Dan Schneider with Vibe Realty was amazing to work with. Our transaction was not the easiest on many different levels and Dan was such a trooper! He was professional, knowledgeable, very adaptable, thought outside the box, and went above and beyond way more than what an "average Joe realtor" would have done. He definitely has a "roll up your sleeve" approach when tackling challenging situations and his ideas and negotiation skills saved us a lot of money and time when things didn't go according to plan on our sale.
