The Best of!

Last month we asked you to pop over to our Instagram and vote for your favorite curb appeal, fireplace, kitchen, bathroom and living room from our 2023 listings. Thank you for your input! We've compiled the results and...drumroll please...here they are!

The best bathroom came from 5950 Birchwood. With its steam shower, updated features and clean, minimal look, we can see why this was a winner!

Next was kitchens, which was a closer race. Runners up couldn't quite compete with the stunner from 993 Fairmount. With it's unique decorative tiles, exposed brick and island as well as sleek stainless steal appliances, we agree, this kitchen is one of the best of 2023!

Moving on to curb appeal and it was again a tight race. Ultimately, 684 Summit beat out the competition, and, with this condo looking like a castle surrounded by a forest (but right in St. Paul!), this unique listing definitely deserves a spot in the best of.

Let's not forget about living rooms, a space where many of us spend hours relaxing and entertaining. The clear winner here was 526 Laurel #2. We can't resist original woodwork built-ins and it seems, neither can you!

Last but not least is our favorite fireplaces. The easy winner was again from 993 Fairmount. This unique fireplace features decorative tiles and beautiful woodwork and is styled just right.
