Last Call for Fall Listings!
A recent walk around my neighborhood showed me how many of my neighbors have been sprucing up their houses, both interior and exterior. Dumpsters line the streets for outdated fixtures soon to be replaced with modern designs, and dead shrubs are being dug up right and left. New roofs (thanks in part to a recent hail storm) and siding are replacing old and, let me say, new siding gives an older home such a face-lift!
As I notice all these signs, I keep wondering which neighbors are tackling projects for their own benefit, and which are thinking of listing their homes in the coming months. As we all know, winter is coming, and with it, dreary days, cold, and, yes, snow. None of these produce the kind of environment that will necessarily get buyers lining up. But, good news: it's not too late to list with us this fall, your home could be on the market in a matter of weeks!

Showcase comfort - Fall is a time when people look for cozy and comfortable homes. Photographing your home during this season can allow you to showcase just how cozy, warm and comfortable your home truly is.
