He started out investing in properties with his husband Paul—a decision that blossomed into a passion. A long-time resident of the Dale/Grand neighborhood in St. Paul, Dan has called the Twin Cities home for nearly 20 years. He and Paul, along with their three grown children, have deep roots in the community and an undeniable passion for the local real estate market.
