Annastacia brings eight years of experience and a deeply personal connection to homeownership. After growing up moving from rental to rental, she watched her mom buy a home for the first time when she was twelve — a moment that shaped her life and inspired her career. Today, she channels that same sense of stability, care, and possibility into every client relationship.

Known for her patience and clarity, Annastacia walks clients through each step of the process long before the “big feels” of writing an offer. Many of her clients are fellow board?game enthusiasts, and she’s become the go?to agent for finding homes with the perfect space for game nights and expansive collections. Her proudest career moment came from helping a client navigate the emotional sale of a childhood home, uncovering decades of family history — including WWII dog tags — and ensuring treasured items were preserved.

Resilient, generous, and kind, Annastacia now lives in West St. Paul with her husband Ryan, son Corbin, and their dog Moxie. When she’s not supporting clients, you’ll find her hiking, reading under a tree, rearranging her home, or running her family’s eBay and Etsy shops.
