Neighborhood Series: Standish, Minneapolis

Posted by VIBE Realty on Monday, July 19th, 2021 at 1:35pm.

Welcome to the Standish neighborhood of Minneapolis! While you can agree this area within the Powderhorn community is low-key and under the radar, it’s convenient location and top-rated local joints make it worthy to explore on our Neighborhood Series. Just north of Hiawatha Lake, Standish borders the LRT light rail line which connects you to downtown Minneapolis, the airport and Mall of America. Also in close proximity to Lake Nokomis and Minnehaha Falls, like much of the cities — this neighborhood is in high demand. It shares a neighborhood organization with the Ericsson neighborhood, even though that neighborhood is part of the Nokomis community; signs at the neighborhood boundaries welcome you to "Standish-Ericsson". Check out our recommended spots below.
