The past few years have been hard, in so many ways, and as 2021 starts coming to a close we would like to take the time to give thanks to everyone that has worked with or alongside VIBE over these unprecedented times.
Agents.
We wouldn’t be anywhere without the agents that choose to call VIBE home. We have such an incredible group of people that are making a difference in the real estate industry, and we couldn’t be more proud of every single agent that is on-board here at VIBE. With the market being so extremely competitive, especially over this past year, we got to witness first hand how hard VIBE agents worked to get their clients into homes, and it wasn’t easy.
Clients.
Pandemic aside, this year was tough for people buying and selling homes. We want to give a sincere thank you to all the people that trusted VIBE agents to help them on their real estate journeys. So many home buyers saw challenging conditions last Spring, and it made the homebuying experience uniquely stressful. We have such incredible clients that stuck through it, put their trust in us and their agents, and persevered in the end! Kudos to every single person that bought or sold in 2021.
Professionals.
Every VIBE agent has their own network of some pretty incredible people. And with so many changes to the home purchase/sale process, the professional partners that help our clients get to the finish line have faced their own set of challenges as well. We’ve seen title agents notarize closing documents through glass doors and in parking lots, contractors facing supply and worker shortages, and many other necessary changes made to accommodate our clients to the highest level. Thank you to those that rose to the challenge alongside us.
The Community.
Anyone that knows VIBE, knows we love to get people together. And while 2021 didn’t come with as many opportunities for events and large gatherings as we would have hoped, we still adore our entire community! From our local business partners on Selby Avenue, to our friends, family, and networks, we cannot thank you enough for your continued support throughout these past few years.
All in all, we’re definitely feeling the love here at VIBE. We are so humbled by the community, clients, agents, and relationships that VIBE is lucky enough to have, and whatever 2022 brings our way, we’re ready for it. Cheers to ringing in the Holiday Season!
