Bryn Mawr is located directly west of downtown Minneapolis within the Calhoun-Isles community. The neighborhood is surrounded by nature and bound by parkland: Theodore Wirth Park to the north and west, Bassett Creek to the north, Bryn Mawr Meadows to the east, and Cedar Lake Park to the south. Bryn Mawr has a unique character with much to love (and gardens everywhere!). Predominantly residential, this area boasts a variety of home styles along with plenty of recreational activities. Not to mention, it is hard to get a location more convenient to downtown Minneapolis. The Penn Avenue entrance to I-394 gives easy access to the whole metro area.

Goodbye Summer

September always seems to be filled with mixed emotions. On one hand, it's still warm out and there's plenty of fun outdoor things to do that keep us happy - such as stuffing our faces at the Great Minnesota Get-Together. On the other hand, we all know cooler days are on the horizon, so we button up our flannel, head to the apple orchard, and sprinkle extra cinnamon on that pumpkin spiced latte.
