Dining options range from experimental restaurants like Hai Hai to old-school spots like Dusty’s Bar. River views are plentiful, and you can find Boom Island Park nearby which offers downtown skyline views and a footbridge to Nicollet Island.

We made it! 2021 is officially here, and there's a renewed sense of optimism in the air for many. That optimism doesn't walk through the door on its own, though...it comes with some baggage. First Monday of the year jitters? Yup. Anxiety around creating (and sticking to) your new Year's resolution? Oh, for sure...and the list goes on. After a long holiday season of relaxing and bending the rules around our normal eating habits, reality has set in that we can't do that forever. Now is just as good of a time as ever to get back into the swing of things.

A year like no other...seriously.

We have done our best to bring you accurate and timely market information throughout 2020. As this crazy year comes to a close, we wrap up the past data and look forward to the changes ahead. It will be extremely important to keep up with the market over the spring of 2021, as we are hoping to see a bit more balance in the real estate world.
