It's approaching - the holiday season is just around the corner which calls for the busiest time of the year in retail. Between Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the all of the stops at the mall leading up to December 25th, we surrender ourselves to a holiday shopping coma. But there is one national shopping day that is finally starting to get the recognition it deserves, and you might be rewarded for making room for this one — Small Business Saturday. HGTV's "Urban Oasis," which has given away a free home every year, is coming to Minneapolis! The property is built out in Minneapolis' Hiawatha neighborhood, and Star Tribune reports that it's a two-story, Scandinavian-style farmhouse valued at $700,000 and packed with modern charm and located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. You can enter to win the house on HGTV's website. They are allowing 2 entries a day, (which may be a smart move considering last year the contest had over 65 million entries...woah.) The contest runs through November 21st! Best of luck!
