Timothy Luedtke

Tim loves real estate. He loves imagining a home at its full potential and isn’t afraid to take on a project himself. Currently in the midst of his own home renovation, he understands the joy and frustration that comes with creating your dream home and is confident walking a client through their own decision process. “Every home has the potential to be what you want it to be,” he said. “As a Realtor, it’s my job to look at each home through the eyes of the person I am working with, to help them envision what their life could look like in that home.” Raised in the St. Croix River Valley, he has always worked with his hands -- even studying ceramics in college before diving headfirst into real estate. His passion for real estate and home design is evident to everyone he meets. Out of the office, Tim enjoys working in his ceramic studio, volunteering with Loaves & Fishes and strengthening his skills as an agent through the Minnesota Real Estate Investors Association.
