Susan Bonne

Born and raised in St. Paul, Susan has lived in a variety of neighborhoods throughout the metro.  She has an affinity for older homes, loves architecture and interior design, and is no stranger to a paintbrush or drill-driver. A lifelong learner, Susan is always searching out new ways to approach the market and help her clients achieve their goals.

Certified as an Old Home specialist, she renovated a 1914 Cathedral Hill Craftsman. But she has also had flings with newer places, most notably a timber frame cabin she designed and built with her partner in the Northwoods. 

A fan of bungalows and small-scale living, Susan lives in a 600-s.f. cottage near Minnehaha Falls.  She is a homebody at heart, who loves hosting friends and family, cooking, reading and hanging out with her two rescue dogs, Jackson and JuneBug.  

 A bit of a geek, Susan enjoys digging into market data to provide her clients with guidance based on up-to-the-minute knowledge. With StrengthsFinder skills that include communication, creativity and empathy, Susan finds great satisfaction in helping people achieve their home ownership goals, whether that means seeking out and bringing to light a home’s unique attributes to making sure her buyers have checked every box.  

Her knowledge of neighborhoods across the twin cities and drive to make the buying and selling experience as stress-free as possible has grown her business organically.
