Scott Weld

Scott grew up in Eau Claire, WI and has now been in the Twin Cities for 25 years. He started his career in Mpls. in orthopedic medical device sales and after 15 years decided his love of real estate was too strong to ignore. Now with over 10 years of experience buying and selling homes he feels confident that he made the right decision.

A strong interest in architecture as far back as he can remember helped him decide to specialize in modern, mid-century and contemporary properties. He created the only Minnesota website dedicated to these unique homes called Twin Cities Modern www.TCModern.com. He enjoys spending time blogging on different subjects pertaining to not only modern architecture but also modernism in general including design, art, furniture and his favorite subject, the architects themselves. Understanding that modern architecture makes up a very small percentage of the housing market in Minnesota, Scott also spends a great deal of time helping buyers and sellers of all architectural styles.

Scott lives in a 70's modern with his family just north of downtown St. Paul in the community of North Oaks. He enjoys outdoor recreation, spending time with his family, and an occasional bird hunting trip with his Labrador Teddy.
